In his career he has managed direct sales organizations and distributor networks via channel sales reps. Paul also has balanced his many years leading sales organizations with extensive experience as a marketing executive. Additionally, he has managed IT and training departments. His relevant business experience has been gained while working for ROLM, an IBM Company, OCTEL Communications, Nuance Communications and InterBay Funding LLC before founding Stony Hill Advisors.
Paul’s role as a M&A Intermediary requires him to combine a practical knowledge of selling solutions with a thorough technical understanding of the business he is advising. Paul has a broad and varied background in technical industries and mortgage finance industries. He takes advantage of his training resulting from his Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and MBA degrees to develop a thorough targeted process and enhanced marketing strategies that result in successful transactions for his clients.
