Joe Yocavitch, LUTCF®, CLTC®

Joe Yocavitch is the President and founder of JML Financial Group with more than 33 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Over the course of his career, he has dedicated his focus to furnishing a wide range of services and products. Working with high net worth individuals, professionals, business owners, and retirees, he focuses on tax efficient strategies, estate planning, business insurance, and investment strategies. Through his efforts and a reputation for outstanding service, he has built a solid client client base and grown his business through referrals from clients.

Joe believes that commitment to excellence is a habit, not an act. He only recommends strategies that he himself would use. He also conducts seminars on various topics and is frequently invited to speak to groups on estate planning concepts. As a John Maxwell certified trainer, coach and team member, I offer workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching to aid in personal and professional growth to individuals, organizations and companies worldwide. My facilitated groups offer a combination of masterminding, peer brainstorming, education, accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. Joe is a registered representative with Brokers International Financial Services, LLC  and is a graduate of the Life Underwriting Training Council. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Managerial Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Outside of the office, Joe enjoys golf, wine making, fitness and spending time with his family.

Lynn Yocavitch
Vice President of Operations

Lynn Yocavitch is the Vice President of Operations at JML Financial Group, overseeing all administrative functions and staff throughout the firm.

She handles a myriad of responsibilities, including policy development, technology implementations, administration, managing vendor relations, establishing and maintaining the firm’s operational standards, developing and monitoring office budgets, managing office personnel, and establishing best practices.

Michael joined JML Financial January 2016. Coming from a Retail/Management position he is now pursuing a career in the insurance and financial services arena.

As a licensed agent, Michael is cultivating his own clients using technology driven client management and planning designs.

Urszula Kozicki
Independent Insurance Producer Medicare Specialist

Urszula Kozicki- Licensed Insurance Broker specializing in Medicare Health Care Portfolio. As Medicare Specilist she have been servicing senior population through New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Her extensive experience in senior market allows her to adequately assist in various aspect of senior needs; providing consultation in areas of Healthcare, Final Expense, as well as Long Term Care Insurance. Urszula is also bilingual and can offer consultations in Polish language servicing Polish Communities.

William Bradley

I started my career at a 60-person, 15 partner regional firm outside of Philadelphia working on the auditing team as well as the tax department. I spent 7 years attaining senior accountant status as I was in charge of the engagement before manager and partner review. I liked auditing but preferred tax. In 1998 I branched out and opened my firm As a certified public accountant, I can issue financial statements as well as prepare tax returns. I have approximately 900 tax returns for all types of entities and industries. Unlike many CPA’s I am very proactive, I believe it’s my responsibility to look at a client’s full financial picture, not just their taxes. For this reason, I have associated my self with JML Financial Group, Inc, to provide a full-service financial team to better assist them with their overall financial planning.

Paul Visokey
Mergers & Acquisitions, Exit Strategies

Paul Visokey is an expert in advising small and medium businesses as they mature and seek to merge or find an acquirer. This experience allows Paul to provide guidance on preparing the business for a successful exit. It is important for a business owner to know the market value to plan the exit strategy and timing. His market valuation establishes that foundation. In addition, Paul has his license to sell life and health insurance to provide his clients with a more complete set of solutions.

He has also built and led sales and marketing organizations in startup environments as well as in mature organizations. Paul has experience in B to B and B to C markets, with specific experience selling to businesses of all sizes. In his career he has managed direct sales organizations and distributor networks via channel sales reps. Paul also has balanced his many years leading sales organizations with extensive experience as a marketing executive. Additionally, he has managed IT and training departments. His relevant business experience has been gained while working for ROLM, an IBM Company, OCTEL Communications, Nuance Communications and InterBay Funding LLC before founding Stony Hill Advisors.

Paul’s role as a M&A Intermediary requires him to combine a practical knowledge of selling solutions with a thorough technical understanding of the business he is advising. Paul has a broad and varied background in technical industries and mortgage finance industries. He takes advantage of his training resulting from his Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and MBA degrees to develop a thorough targeted process and enhanced marketing strategies that result in successful transactions for his clients.
